Historique :	Ces deux gisants furent trouvés en 1844 dans les décombres de la chapelle Saint-Pierre à Rom ; cette partie de la commune de Rom faisait partie de la seigneurie de Brejeuil ; il est vraisemblable qu'il s'agisse d'un seigneur et d'une dame de Brejeuil (Savary de Vivonne possédait cette seigneurie en 1366 ; s'agit-il de lui et de sa femme ?).
