Précision_sur la representation :	Vierge à l'enfant dite Vierge portière, elle est assise sur un trône se détachant sur une double mandorle bordée à sa partie supérieure de festons, elle est couronnée, nimbée et tient l'Enfant Jésus assis de face sur ses genoux. Celui-ci, pourvu d'une couronne et d'un nimbe crucifère, bénit de la main droite et tient le livre de la main gauche. Emergeant de demi-cercles qui symbolisent le ciel, deux anges esquissent des gestes vers les personnages du centre de la composition, de part et d'autre desquels sont agenouillés deux abbés nimbés tenant leur crosse devant eux. Tout autour de la Vierge ont été curieusement insérés des cabochons qui accentuent le caractère byzantin de cette page.
